Originally tasked with adding a new product to the CLIC, I quickly saw the need for some basic usability improvements and some much-needed design enhancements. The original app had many issues that cause take users down an endless trail and not allow them quick access to the areas they needed to get to most. As well as sorting and filtering were combined in a way that made it very confusing.
After a couple of months of sitting alongside the lead developer in working sessions of brainstorming ideas and helping design initial tests received incredibly good feedback and we had only minor last minute changes before taking version 2.0 to market. As of November, CLIC Mobile App was up 47% in users from last year, as well as some other positive numbers that are well... proprietary and confidential information.
